About the Carmel Valley Forum

The Carmel Valley Forum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation that is organized to research, collect, analyze, provide, and disseminate information which will enable citizens of Carmel Valley to make informed decisions regarding local issues and concerns.

The Carmel Valley Forum represents a broad cross-section of the Carmel Valley population and many diverse opinions. It consists of local business people, presidents of homeowners associations, educators, as well as both developers and environmentalists.

One of the most significant issues relating to the future of Carmel Valley is the subject of incorporation.

The Carmel Valley Forum is actively participating in researching, collecting, analyzing, providing, and disseminating information about this important topic. The Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis is currently available for public review. The download link is on the home page of this site.

The Forum itself does not and will not take a position on any particular incorporation proposal. Individual members may express their own positions as we move forward. The Carmel Valley Forum is committed to moving the process forward so that the people of Carmel Valley may choose the best course for themselves.
